Synopsis: What if we told you that in your hand right now you have the power of changing this ummah for better?
Here is the thing,
When we hear "Tarbiyah," what stirs in our hearts as parents of this Ummah?
We know it means nurturing and education.
But have we truly embraced its power to shape not just our children, but entire nations?
Tarbiyah is central to our deen.
Through it, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ transformed scattered tribes into a unified Ummah.
Remember how he lovingly brought together the Muhajirin (emigrants from Makkah) and Ansar (helpers from Madinah), creating bonds of brotherhood stronger than blood ties.
This beautiful example of Tarbiyah created a community that supported each other through hardship and prosperity.
The Sahabiyat used it to raise children who became pillars of Islamic civilization.
And so you can see how powerful This Deen had become for the last century,
Building a powerful nation,
With solid foundation and prosperity
The respects throughout history
Even we have achieve “The Golden Age”
And it starts not from far away…
But, within their house itself,
So…
What is happening right now to this Ummah? Where do all the good old days go?
You must know that,
The difference between thriving and declining societies comes down to proper Tarbiyah.
Yes you heard it right, “The proper Tarbiyah”,
It all come down to this powerful key,
But somehow,
Many of us feel overwhelmed.
It’s not because we don’t know the importance of Tarbiyah,
But, in this day,
We struggle to implement these principles in a world that contradicts our values.
Allah reminds us in Surah Ali’ Imran:
"And let there be from you a nation inviting to good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful." (3:104)
How often do we wonder if we're truly preparing our children to fulfill this role?
Tarbiyah is just not about putting rules in our house, but…
True Tarbiyah isn't just about rules
—it's about nurturing hearts that love Allah,
And having the right foundation to stand against this challenging world.
When early Muslims embraced these principles,
They built flourishing civilizations that stood as beacons of justice and compassion.
That same transformative power is available to us today.
